Online printing turnaround times

Our post is collected 2pm Monday-Friday. Urgent orders should be uploaded by 1pm to ensure they are posted out two working days later. Order placed after this time will still be ready for collection after 48 hours, but will be collected by Royal Mail the following day.

UK delivery is next day. However, this schedule will vary for more remote areas of the UK, offshore and international shipments. All items are thoroughly packaged to ensure they reach you in pristine condition.

The lead times vary from two to seven working days dependent on the level of service needed.

• Card, PVC and foam board mounting: up to seven days in lab
• MDF, aluminium, Dibond and Durospec Perspex Reverse: up to 10 days in lab

• Special delivery (prints only): Guaranteed next day before 1pm (to be signed for) £10.00 for P&P

• International recorded delivery: Up to 10 working days (to be signed for) £20.00 for P&P

We need to use a UK courier service for prints over 800mm on the shortest side and for prints over 750mm on the shortest side for overseas deliveries. Please contact us for for a shipping quote.

How to track your delivery

Royal Mail Track & Trace: If you have your 13 character reference then you can track your package via the Royal Mail website.

APC Overnight: Enter your consignment number to track your parcel via the APC website.

International delivery

Packaging

Packaging for delivery

Small prints are packed flat in recyclable cardboard envelopes with stiffeners and larger prints are rolled in a sturdy tube.

We use recyclable acid free tissue and glassine bags to protect your print during transport. Prints over 800mm on the shortest side are rolled in larger tubes or wrapped around a cardboard core and suspended within a heavy box for transportation.

For international shipping of prints we recommend sending via courier service and additional packaging.

When collecting from the lab, smaller prints are supplied in an envelope and larger prints are provided rolled within Kraft paper, which can be recycled.

All mounted prints are painstakingly wrapped by a dedicated team member using our degradable bubble wrap, cardboard edging, large polystyrene corners to take the force of any knocks, and a sturdy corrugated cardboard box made to the exact size of your artwork.  We recommend retaining the bespoke packaging for future use or recycling responsibly.

Vinyl tape used to bind boxes cannot be recycled.  However,  we also use a brown paper tape marked FRAGILE that has a natural rubber adhesive which can be recycled with the cardboard.

To  cut down on waste we reuse all the wide format boxes that paper rolls are sent in to send out large prints.

We have also stopped putting bubble wrap around the exterior of boxes.

We can deliver within the UK or around the world and have packaging solutions to suit orders large and small.

Packaging for collection

Small prints are packed flat in recyclable cardboard envelopes and large prints are rolled in recyclable craft paper. Tubes can be purchased.

Mounted are wrapped in degradable bubble wrap. Single panels will have a protective layer of recyclable cardboard to protect the image face.
