We’re always searching for emerging talent, so it’s great to be supporting photography collective MAP6 for their group exhibition at the Hastings Art Forum.

The MAP6 photography collective was established in 2011 as a support network for making new work. As a collective their work involves a personal exploration of the relationship between people and place. The current MAP6 collective features nine members, which include: David Sterry, Barry Falk, Heather Shuker, Jonty Tacon, Toby Coulson, Laurie Griffiths, Chloe Lelliot, Paul Walsh and Mitch Karunaratne.

Their upcoming exhibition is due to feature at the Hastings Art Forum and explores the notion of home. Home – for some may signify a house, family, a place where one was born or a country of residence. Each body of work displays a personal outlook of the theme, to reveal a connection between home and memory beyond just the physical space.

The project will be on display at the Hastings Art Forum from 22nd March – 3rd April.
