How to access the studio
The studio is accessed via the main, shared entrance to Frederick House, number 42 Frederick Place at the street level. Please walk through the main glass doors at the front of Frederick House, and ring our buzzer, which is located directly ahead.
How to find Spectrum
We’re two minutes from Brighton Railway Station and 10 minutes from Brighton’s beautiful seafront.
We’re located in the centre of Brighton, 30 minutes from Gatwick Airport and 55 minutes from the heart of London on the Victoria train.
Parking
Parking is available at the back of Brighton Railway Station, a three-minute walk from the studio. Booking in advance for tickets works out at £1.25 per hour. For more information: Parking at Brighton Railway Station
