Displayed across four UK venues, Variations by Felicity Hammond is an evolving installation exploring the relationship between geological mining and data mining, image-making and machine learning.
The work was initially shown at the Photoworks Weekender in Brighton during October 2024 with further editions at The Photographers Gallery, QUAD as part of FORMAT International Photography Festival and Stills.
At the opening weekend in Brighton, the first chapter of the exhibition V1: Content Aware was exhibited as a public realm installation outdoors in Jubilee Square, from 24 October – 27 October 2024. V2: Rigged, the second iteration of Variations, opened in QUAD at Derby as part of FORMAT International Photography Festival on 13 March 2025. V3: Model Collapse is now at The Photographers’ Gallery until 28 September 2025.

We worked with Felicity producing Fuji Crystal Archive Prints through our mastering service. The prints were then mounted to Dibond (Alupanel) as well as large scale blueback and vinyl prints.
