Online ordering services
We require personal information such as your name, address and contact details to complete your order.
We use your personal information only for the use of order fulfilment and will not contact you unless in direct relation to an order you have placed.
Once you have signed up to an online account and have created a password we store the following information for future orders:
- Full name
- Telephone number
- Invoice address
This information is password protected for future use when ordering online and is stored on a secure server.
Delivery
When ordering online you may require delivery. To fulfil this part of your order we use third-party delivery companies.
Royal Mail

Online payment security
The Spectrum online payment gateway is operated by third-party provider Sage Pay and our website is PCI SSL compliant to ensure maximum security when placing your order.

No card payment details are stored with Spectrum.
Opayo (formerly Sage Pay)
This provider uses encrypted systems and ensures cardholder information is never passed un-encrypted.
Any messages sent to your servers from this provider are signed using preventative tampering hashing to ensure secure data protection.

Newsletter
When you sign up to our newsletter we ask for your email address only.
Spectrum uses a third-party automation platform, Mailchimp for the following:
- We will periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
- From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for our own market research purposes.
You can unsubscribe at any time and your information will be removed from our mailing list.

This provider helps us share big news, or tell a story, and its privacy policy assures our followers of information security.
We take your privacy extremely seriously, and we never sell lists or email addresses to third-party suppliers.
Mailchimp carries its own privacy policy for your data and how this information is stored.
Website log data
Like many websites, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our website.
This log data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser version, particular pages of the Spectrum website you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
